When I say, real food... am referring to plants that grow from the earth and are not made from the laboratory. It is God’s creation with natural chemicals and not human-made synthetic chemicals.
Did you know?
The real plants; fruits and vegetables when are broken down from their original form... their nutrients content last only for a certain period eg. 3-24 hours. And, depletes faster when in contact with heat. 
REAL FOOD
Here are some reasons to eat real food:
It is rich with multiple nutrients that support your overall immune systems.
It contains no processed sugar and no additives and no preservatives and no synthetic harmful chemical ingredients.
It is cost-effective because when your body is loaded with sufficient nutrients it prevents you from overeating and possible chronic diseases.
It will help the local farmers and you make a positive impact to yourself, other people, and our environment because natural chemicals don’t harm and pollute unlike human-made synthetic chemicals and the packaging. 
FAKE FOOD
It is highly contained with harmful synthetic chemical ingredients that human-made from the laboratory eg. additives, preservatives, high-fructose corn syrup, sodium, and many more.

I called this fake food the “Frankenstein” food. It is not meant to be in our body unless you are a zombie.

The fake food make their consumers dependant on the added synthetic chemicals. It is likened to taking drugs it makes its consumer addicted and continues to consume far more and ended the human in obesity and/or premature death from multiple types of chronic diseases. 
Here are some reasons to not eat fake food:
It contains zero nutrients.
It is loaded with synthetic harmful chemicals it destroys your immune systems.
It will cost you a heap of money and time to restore your health from damages. To some people, it cost them life from depression and chronic diseases; obesity, heart attack, and cancer, etc.
It hurts our local farmers, the people, and our environment because synthetic chemicals from industrial lab contaminate our water, air, and soil. The packaging injure and kill other living species and it pollute our planet. 
The packaging of fake food has a huge negative impact on human health as well as on our environment.

PFAS or what some scientists call “forever chemicals” are a group of human-made synthetic chemicals eg. fluoropolymer coating is used in food packaging.

It's found that there are potential adverse health impacts associated with PFAS exposure; including liver damage, thyroid disease, decreased fertility, high cholesterol, obesity, hormone suppression, and cancer.

These synthetic chemicals can easily migrate into the air, dust, food, soil, and water.

These are synthetic chemicals with long half-lives, meaning they persist in the environment as well as the body. They can also accumulate over time. People should be concerned because in the body; they primarily settle into the blood, kidney, and liver.

If you want to embrace a ‘sustainable’ healthy lifestyle... your daily consumption should generate minimal to zero waste plus more natural from the earth and fewer or zero synthetics from the lab.

God said in Genesis 1:29, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.” and Ezekiel‬ ‭47:12‬ said, the fruit thereof shall be for food and the leaf thereof for healing.”
