To get the full access to our different and unique programs, all you need is just pay for the Program Access Pass fee of only $19. Since our Program is fully customized, the cost of the full program is determined by the number of sessions you will need plus any additional products and services of your choice.

How Does The Program Work?
- Change is created over time but we all want quick results. You can have both: Our programs are designed to achieve short-term wins and long-term success.
- We begin with a simple 45-minute consultation and assessment session via phone call to identify what’s going on in your body, mind and spirit.
- We talk through your symptoms and health history, what motivates you, what limits you, and what you want for yourself in the short and long term. We also use this time to get to know each other and determine if working together feels right.
- If so, we’ll create a roadmap for your personalized program. Based on your objectives, we’ll choose the number of sessions in your package:
- Packages are 6, 12, or 18 sessions
- Each session is approximately 45-60 minutes
- Sessions are held as frequently as is appropriate for your needs ( weekly, bi-weekly, etc. )
- Sessions can be held in person if you are within Metro Manila Area, or via phone call or Zoom
