Hi! You can call me Sid. I'm currently into cycling, running, and functional fitness. I like brewing coffee, reading about health & wellness, and eating all kinds of foods like turon, takoyaki and ube cheese pandesal.
I'd like to collaborate with busy young people in their 20's and 30's to help them build small, sustainable habits so they can start eating, moving, and living better.
